SAAED acknowledges that information security is an ongoing commitment requiring proactive measures to safeguard against evolving threats. Accordingly, SAAED has adopted an Information Security Management System (ISMS)<\/strong> with the following defined objectives:<\/p>\n

  2. Comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to information security.<\/li>\n
  3. Maintain business resilience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To fulfill this commitment, SAAED\u2019s<\/strong> management is fully committed to:<\/p>\n

    1. Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information and information systems.<\/li>\n
    2. Implement a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO\/IEC 27001:2022.<\/li>\n
    3. Ensure compliance with all applicable:\n

      1. Legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
      2. Contractual obligations in terms of information security.<\/li>\n
      3. Internal policies and procedures related to information security.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Identify, assess, and manage information security risks using a structured risk management framework.<\/li>\n
      5. Develop enforceable information security policies, standards, and procedures using a risk-based approach for addressing all applicable controls.<\/li>\n
      6. Define measurable objectives and conduct regular monitoring and analysis to assess performance.<\/li>\n
      7. Enforce accountability by clearly defining and assigning roles and responsibilities for managing information security.<\/li>\n
      8. Allocate adequate resources for the effective operation of the ISMS.<\/li>\n
      9. Promote a culture of security awareness through training and communication.<\/li>\n
      10. Continuously improve the ISMS through regular reviews, audits, and corrective actions.<\/li>\n
      11. Review information security policies, standards, and related documents at least annually or upon significant changes to ensure relevance and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
